The course you are about to embark upon – Love~Learn~Grow~Change — is simple to understand yet profound in its far-reaching impact.
The 4 lessons will provide you with solid concepts for understanding and relating to the coaching paradigm. In addition, you’ll become more familiar with the foundations of Gillian’s The Ascendant Life model and how it builds greater opportunities for success in your life.
With engaged curiosity, openness and sincere intention, you will uncover some true gems that will make your endeavors richer along The Ascendant Woman path
Love~Learn~Grow~Change is a versatile and flexible model. You will see that it is a fundamental building block of The Ascendant Woman journey and why it is one of the first models Gillian wants her clients to know. As mentioned, it is easily understood and useable.
Finally, Love~Learn~Grow~Change will you give you confidence and provide you with grounding and empowerment to handle many of the life situations and circumstances that come your way.
The model has four quadrants. 
It’s useful to begin thinking of them as reference points for which you can look at your life experiences.
They are, essentially, perspectives that you can choose. They are like points on a compass giving you a sense of location and an elevated position from which to view any life situation.
The lessons themselves will give you key distinctions for understanding each quadrant of the model. There will be examples for each “cornerstone”, plus four invaluable keys to enhance your skill in using that perspective.
We strongly urge you at this point to prepare a personal notebook, journal or binder to use for notes as you progress through the lessons and the other parts of Discovery Begins. It will serve you well and start a positive habit when you continue with future coaching sessions.
